No need to worry, just download your NEET admit card from the official site of NTA, go to download admit card section there, and fill all the required details such as your application number, DOB and security pin.
If you don't remember your application number, then go through your registered email id or Registered mobile number SMSes, as they always send the application number there on the time of registration.

You will now be able to download your Admit card after submitting these details, your Admit card will be displayed on your screen, and once it's displayed then you will be able to know your NEET roll number as it is always written on Admit card.

1st dont panic. You have some options through which you can get your roll number back.

1. check your registered mail. you might have your roll number in the mail. check for the message in all inbox, spam, archives. So, check for all mails related to NEET.

2. Check for the message in your registered mobile number. You will definitely have the message there.

so these options should work. if not contact NTA (through mail or phone number in website) and tell your situation, they will for sure help you
