I wish you had included more detail about what this log in ID is about. In general case, there is an option just below the space for entering passwords, called Forgot Password. On clicking that option, you will get an option for an OTP or any email in your mail ID. In highly secure sites like that of JEE, there is also an option of setting security question which helps you in logging in if you forget the password or login ID. I would suggest, you contact the official handling that website and you can get immediate help.
