i forgot to download kcet application fee challan from the site. i called the authority multiple times and mailed them twice but there has been no response. please update me on what should be done i paid via net banking

You should try to consult the bank authorities. if you have done the payment and the transaction has been completed then the bank must have a record of that. They can give you some paper attested by authorities verifying that payment. The banks will surely sort things out.
