If you forgot to fill choices in first round, you cannot do anything now. But yes you can fill choices in second round after it starts. The dates are not announced yet for second round. You can fill fresh choices. Without filling choices, you will not get admission in college.
So you should be careful about doing it

HP NEET MBBS counselling 2021 is conducted for admission around 870 MBBS and 191 BDS seats in the state.
