i forgot to upload my guardians sighnature in jee aplication form but i have recieved my exam time city date and shift will it be rejected?

Your Jeemain application form hasbeen accepted and wont be rejected now 

Since you have received details with date and shift and exam centres as well your application has bene accepted by authorities 

Wait for amdkt card which will be released in Mid December 2018
