i gave my board in 2020 and got compartment in math again i attend my 1st compartment exam and again the result is compartment will i able to fill form of neet 2021 as the second chance of compartment is in march- april 2021 and neet exam on may now i am a private candidate pls give me my solution.

In general results are declared in the month of august (for cbse), and neet 2021would be conducted around may 2021, if this pandemic is over. And, to fill the neet application you need to mention your result, in a nutshell you cannot apply for neet2021. But you can apply later on as there is no upper age limit and no restriction on number of attempts for neet.
