In general results are declared in the month of august (for cbse), and neet 2021would be conducted around may 2021, if this pandemic is over. And, to fill the neet application you need to mention your result, in a nutshell you cannot apply for neet2021. But you can apply later on as there is no upper age limit and no restriction on number of attempts for neet.
