According to your rank it's  difficult to get ece in northern indian  engineering college but you can get it in spot round according to me . you should go for spot round . There are 70% chances that you will get ece in northern indian engineering college.

But till the last round of Counselling and Cutoff, It still is affirmness whether you'll get NIEC and that too ECE or not.
