I get 245 rank (all india rank) in sliet exam set 3 and belongs to OBC category . Can i get seat in computer engg. Branch or not ?

Well, basing upon your all india rank, it seems like you may get admission in computer science engineering branch. And since you're a OBC candidate, the chances of getting admission are high but It's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high
