As you mentioned your mark is 45, as per previous year percentile chart your percentile will be above 65.
This may be different this year as the total marks and the exam pattern is different this year. Percentile also depends on how all the candidates have performed this year. It indicated how much you performed well outoff all the candidates and how much of the candidates have performed well better than you.
If you get 70% then 30% of total candidates have performed better than you. This is the meaning of percentile. It is unpredictable until the NTA board releases the result.
