The IT branch is not provided by MNIT Jaipur.
In 2017,
Cutoff Rank (CS)- 4539 (Home State) and 5931 (Other State)

Frankly speaking it is very difficult to get a seat in MNIT with 91 percentile which denotes your rank is more than lakh. Being from a general category scoring 95+ percentile would have given you a chance to secure a seat in NITs.You can still participate in counselling and try your luck.You can also give some thought about joining IIITs and other reputed engineering colleges.
