Hey Ajay,
Hope you are doing well.
According to your rank, here is the list of NITs which you can get into:
1- NIT Hamirpur
2- NIT Meghalaya
3- NIT Raipur
4- NIT Bhopal
5- NIT Manipur
6- NIT Arunachal Pradesh
7- NIT Andhra Pradesh
8- NIT Allahbad
9- NIT Jaipur etc.
Now as you have asked, which NIT is best, I would say that NIT Allahbad is best. But coming to the real thing, the branch. You can only get branches like biotechnology engineering in Allahbad. Now it has to be decided by you that for you, whether best NIT matters or best branch matters.
Now if branch matters to you, I would suggest you to look for IIITs instead. Don't think that IIITs stand nowhere in front of NITs. Many IIITs compete well with NITs. So, in IIITs you can get good branches like CSE, ECE, Civil, Mechanical etc. Like in IIIT Guwahati, you can get CSE.
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
So, I would suggest you to rather look for IIITs and in them, good branches.
Hope this helps.
Choose wisely.
Good luck!
