Your score is very low according to this year cut off trends of NEET exam. You have almost no chance of getting government BAMS colleges in AIQ ayush counseling for obc category. Last year cutoff for OBC category till second round in AIQ ayush counseling was AIR 45352 (506 marks).

As you haven't mentioned your state but as your profile suggest you are from Madhya Pradesh. So if we talk about Madhya Pradesh BAMS cut off last year then it was around more then 350+ for obc to get govt college. So this year ranks are went so high at this marks too so you will have very less chance that you will get government BAMS colleges in Madhya Pradesh ayush counseling also. Although cut off changes every year so keep trying till last round.
