Russian Universities offer Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in General Medicine, dental and sports medicine. The Russian MD degree is considered equivalent to MBBS degree in India by Medical Council of India (MCI).
Eligibility criteria for admission to Russian Universities is candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Candidate must have obtained atleast 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together in the qualifying examination.
