Hi Hima,
In SASTRA the admissions for BTech are based on two streams.
Stream 1: 70% of seats are filled based on JEE main 2019 percentile and 12th marks
The weightage for JEE main will be 25% and 12th marks will be 75%, both will be combined and the resultant aggregate mark will be calculated(SASTRA rank).
Stream 2: 30% of seats based on 12th marks.
The students will be admitted based on their normaised 12th aggregate or equivalent marks.
A merit list is drawn in order to fill the 30% of seats.
Stream 1 and 2 will be merged after the 2nd counselling and the vaccant seats will be filled based on merit.
You can fill your marks in the online application by choosing GP system instead of percentage.
