I got 110 marks in neet-2019, Is any chance to get any college, I belongs to ST category and domicile of Bihar.

Your chances of getting admission in government medical colleges of bihar are none or very less despite of scoring 110 marks,st category ,state quota .
As last year's cutoff for st category in bihar under state quota reached till 400 marks ,that is a lot more than your score.
