If the category is obc then yes you will definitely get admission into nit or iiits. But if the category is sc or st then definitely you will not get any seats into any nits or iiits. and if the category is the newly implemented ews category then the condition would be different.

If its OBC then sure you have got decent chances in NIT, but if you belong to SC or ST then 11000 is not good enough. Your home state plays a role as well.
