I got 11000 rank in the sc category.I am from Andhra Pradesh. can I get any nit??

With this much rank in sc category you can not get any nits or iiits.
As your home state is Andhra Pradesh still you can nit get any branch at nit andhra pradesh.
Try your luck in Hbti kanpur or better go for some other state colleges and private institutions like kalinga institute of industrial technology or cv raman global university.
