I got 11275 rank in obc category in jee paper 2 . Can I get a NIT/ VNIT nagpur for architecture?

Dear aspirant 

In 2018 ,VNIt Nagpur cut off is 

Chemical engineering for home state is 10178

And outer state is 8451.(closing rank) 

Civil engineering for home  state is 10853 and outer state is 6197 (closing ranks) 

Mettalurgical engineering for home state 15769 and outer state is 13730 (closing ranks)
