i got 11333 under ST category so am I able to apply for NIT WARANGAL,

Hello dear,
According to your rank in jee mains 2019 you will not able to get seat in any branch of NIT warangal even in your category as your category rank is very high for this college, you can apply but you have less chance to get seat.
