The CGPAT exam is of 200 marks. And with 1117 marks , i do not think your rank to be under 300. And indira gandhi krishi vishwavidyalaya being one of the best universities for b.tech agriculture has its cutiffs high and one needs a rank under 300 to get admission here 

So , you have no chances to get admission in IGKV raipur.
