This is because,

To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

• at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

• at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Now,
You belong to obc category and
Your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is

= 121

=( 121/ 300 x 100 )%

= 40.3% i. e more than 40% so you are definitely eligible for neet examination being from obc


Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Also,

It doesn't matter even if you have done 10 and 12 from Maharashtra, you will be still eligible for UP 85% state quota as you are domicile of UP , it's not mandatory for doing 10 and 12 from UP to be eligible for UP state quota if you are domicile of UP.
