Dear Sir/Ma'm, the total marks for AIIMS are 800 that is there are 200 questions with a mark distribution of +4 and -1. AIIMS entrance test is much tougher than NEET, so you need to have a good score in the mock tests that is around 350-400+ so as to ensure a good rank in the Entrance Test.
