Its always better to Go for JEE Main rank as you have got great score.

Under JEE Main you can get colleges Like NITs like Agartala, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Sikkim, Silchar.
Some private engineering colleges like BIT Nesra, SPCE, NIrMA, Amity Noida, Jadavpur university are decent chances.

Under TS EAMCET you nay get JNTU Sultanpur, Vasavai college of engineering, MGIT, JnTU Karimnagar, MJ College of engineering and Technology.

So either ways you have great chances, you can select colleges as oer your choices.
