I got 13000 rank in amritha. Can i get cse in amritha banglore???

Hello VISHALDEEP 

with 13000 rank in amritha even with state quota getting CSe in amritha bangalore will be tough because as per past years cutoff the cutoff rank lies somewhere around 10-11K.
