Congratulations for your excellent rank in AEEE 2021. With your rank you have decent chances to get into Amrita Coimbatore or Amritpuri campus with CSE branch.

To get into CSE branch from Amrita Coimbatore you should have a rank of 5000 or below if you have state quota. If you are from open category then you should have a rank of 1000 or below. For all the branches of your preference, you need a rank around 1200. Hence you have good chances to get AIE and CYS in Amrita campuses.
