I got 131 marks in jee main and I got 60 percentage In Gujarat board . Then can I got admission in IIIT ?

No, for all institues in that category, you need more than 75% of board or clear top 20 percentile for your board. Neither of those conditions will be satisfied by your marks unless you are under reservation.
