i got 140 marks, can i get nit Allahabad with state qouta and state obc reservation

For your JEE Mains marks your expected percentile is in the range of 96.84 - 98.24. Your rank will be in between 18005 - 36340. With this rank you can't get seat in NIT Allahabad based on previous year's closing ranks. You can try for other NITs or good Private Engineering Colleges.
