I got 140 marks in jee 2020 in 7th morning shift then what would be my percentile and rank can i get a best NIT with best course

Your percentile will be in between 98 and 99. Your rank can be in the range of 12500 to 19000.
12500 is possible if the difficulty level of paper was very high, compared to previous years. 19000 is possible if the paper was very easy (unlikely).
You can a grab a seat in any NIT. The best course you can get is Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering at NIT Trichy or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering in the lower ranked NITs.
