I will suggest you to go for both. There might be some chance. First round of counselling for neet 2019 has already ended. Wait for bhms one to begin. Although your category rank is very high but still i will ask you to not lose heart. Rather go for counselling and wait till last round to see if there is some chance. Hope for the best. Good Luck!
