Sorry to inform you, but with a rank of approximately 1,44,000 in VITEEE 2019 it is almost impossible to get any decent branch at any of the VIT campuses.
Vellore Institute of Technology has four campuses in the country. (Vit Vellore, vit Chennai, vit Bhopal, vit Amaravati).
VIT Vellore and Chennai are older campuses and are very reputed too. So Cutoffs here are pretty high.

As you can see you cannot get any branch here.

**Candidates with rank 1,25,001 to 1,50,000 are eligible for admission in VIT Bhopal only.**

So you've only VIT Bhopal as an option . Here too, getting a good branch is difficult.
