According to ur rank and fee structure mentioned in KLU Website u can get a CSE seat with 10% concession per semester and it will be maintained for futher semesters if u maintain X grade
CSE fee without concession - 125000/-
KLUEEE rank - 1200 to 4000 - 112500/-

Hope you are doing good. As per your rank details, you can get seat in KL University but with the rank of klueee you cannot get into any other colleges. you need to write eamcet for it.
