I got 163 marks, SC Rank 63720, can I get a state management quota in private medical college in a seat MBBS in West Bengal ?

Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' trends in the cut-off, it can be said that you have secured decent marks. As most of the colleges in West Bengal have a cut-off close to 450-650, your mark will not be land you in a Govt. college. But, you can try for private colleges.
