As you haven't mentioned the campus you are seeking for, I'll give you a generalized answer.
To get into Computer Science Engineering with open quota, you need to have a rank below 1500 in AEEE 2021. If you have state quota then a rank below 8000 will work till final round.
As your rank is 16538, it is not possible for you to get CSE in any of the Amrita Campuses.
You can try for other branches of you have state quota for any of the campuses.
