According to your score it is very difficult to predict either you will get chance for the admission in government college or not.

But you can apply in private college by management quota or state quota.

UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129

Now with 172 marks even though you have  qualified NEET belonging to ST, securing any medical seat is not possible with these marks more so because this year there are also higher cut-offs, if you have medical aspirations then try for NEET next year,
