I got 17k rank in JEE main,decided to take bio tech at nit Warangal,and try for sliding branch is that good or bad,if good plz ans below one

Firstly let me tell you that 17k is a decent rank in JEE Main.

Now sliding of branch is normally based on Vacant Seats after all the rounds of counselling. 

Also one can not be sure of getting a branch change.

Thus rather than taking NIT Warangal Biotech, you can go for MNNIT Allahabad Production and Industri engineering as it is better.

Also the branch change is comparatively easy in MNNIT Allahabad as 10% of the students are allowed to change the branch.
