For CSE we expect closing rnaks witgin 10000 and hence you can try out noncore branches at top NITs.
YOur chances are amazing with NITs like Trichy, Kurukshetra Jamshedpur, Sikkin, silchar, Warangal.
Also with IIITs like Trichy, Una, Sonepat.

Moreover, decent chances with branches like Electrical and Mechanical engineering.
