You have qualified the neet 2019 with this marks. You can get a mbbs seat in private colleges but it would be much expensive about 21,00,000 lakh Or above per annum.  Or you can try in abord mbbs colleges. 

It would be better for you to try your best next year in neet otherwise there are many other career options you can have them too.
