I got 2000 rank in TSICET. unfortunately I have missed the counseling today for my slot. Is there a way to complete my counseling procedure?

hai.

it is better to inform this to the officials as soon as possible. if they think your reason is valid you may get another chance for this but its completely depends on their decision.

sir yesterday was my counselling date i missed .i got 7330 ranksir can i attend today
