Hello

As you may know that the last rank to have been called for ocunselling for BVoc in BHU is expected to be around 246 (general merit rank) hence your chances of getting a seat in BVOc in BHU are good enough.

Getting an obc rank below 40 would have alsio ensured yor seat in BHU.
