Hi Neeraj!! Congratulations on your rank!! I am assuming that you are trying to mean the main campus by saying first branch. So, I would like to inform you that you don't have a chance of getting CSE in the main campus as the cutoff has been around 10000 but you can get ECE easily with your rank as the cutoff has been ariund 27,000.
