Your IPU CET rank 2128 for course code 122 B.Ed is quite well but as you don't have domicile quota so there might be a less option for you , as only a single college  offers Sikh minority qouta that is Guru Nanak College of Education. While some other colleges you can get into are 

• Gitarattan Institute of Advanced Studies
  
• Guru Ram Dass College of Education
• Leelawati Munshi College of Education
• Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology
