Unfortunately with a rank of 69000 through obc category it is not possible to get admission in any engineering colleges. Your rank should be withing 40-50k to be eligible for admission in various state colleges. You can try writing entrance examination for colleges to get admission. You can also try through state entrance test such as cet, comedk and others. If none of them works you an try through management or vacany quota.
