For writing the Jee advanced you should qualify the jee mains. As you said that you have secured 22 marks but jee mains qualification purely depends on your rank and your category.
As you are an SC candidate there is more probability of you for being selected so check the ranks if you are less than 31920 rank then you will be selected. So the prediction depends on the marks.

Based on previous year trends in jee main cutoff you have no chance to get qualified and write jee advanced examimation. Usually the cutoff is about 100 marks for general and about 75 for OBC category.
