with 220 marks you can just qualify neet dear, even though you are from sc category, if you are talking about getting a seat then its clear you are not going to get a seat in Government Medical College with low marks of just 220 ,  also this year neet paper was quite easy so chances are that cut off may get a hike.
You can think of taking a drop and preparing again for next year's neet and then fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor by clearing neet with flying colours.
