And you can apply to all branches in colleges like NIT meghalya, NIT Pondicherry NIT sikkim NIT andhra NIT Manipur and maybe even NIT silchar. 

My friend If your category is sc/St so you can get NIT in you home state easily at this rank but you will not get top branch there but definitely can get a seat of any branch but if your category us general so you have no chance to get any seat because your board percentage is below 75.
