Hello Harsha,

To get admission into NITs you first need to clear the JEE Mains cutoff as per your category. The JEE Main 2019 cutoff for GEN-EWS category is 78.21 percentile. So if you have cleared this cutoff then you are JEE Main qualified. Now for admission into NITs, you need to go through JoSAA counselling. With your rank of 23473, you might be able to get a seat in NITs but exactly in which NIT and what branch that you have to find out that in the counselling process.

You can go through this link and checkout the details regarding JoSAA counselling : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-counselling

Hope that you get your choice of college. Good Luck!!!
