Hi,
Since this year cutoffs have gone high, as around 15 lakh students gave NEET exam and the difficulty level of question paper. Based on the information provided by you the chances of you to get admission in government medical colleges is low. But if you are looking for admission via management quota you have pretty good chances.
Otherwise give yourself one more year,work hard and grab a seat of your choice.
You can register for CTSE exam where you can get upto 100% scholarship and other rewards.
