As per your UPSEE marks which you have mentioned i.e. 248 your rank would be somewhere around 50000 but this is not your exact rank since the ranks change every year based upon various factors, but you can expect your rank somewhere to be around this range. To know more about which colleges you can get admission in based on your UPSEE rank you can use the college predictor tool
