It also matters where do you want the seat,I mean particular location.Based on the location the colleges differ.So

Through this link you can get the previous year cutoff and last rank statement list of colleges.By that you will get an idea of the list of college which are offering the CSE,Mechanical and Electrical branches
Most probably this yeat will be the same cutoff rank and the last rank statement similar to the last year's.So before you attend the counselling have a look at this and also talk to the one's who are pursuing there B.Tech through EAMCET so that you will get an idea
